what exactly do I get?
A custom-designed website (no templates), SEO setup, hosting, security, ongoing maintenance, access to your manager portal, and unlimited change requests handled by a real person. It's all managed for you, with no setup fees and no surprise invoices.
what does "unlimited change requests" actually mean?
Exactly what it sounds like. New menu, updated hours, swapped photos, a new page, different copy: send it through your portal and we handle it, most requests same-day. No monthly cap, no per-change fee.
can you handle more than one site?
Absolutely. A second location, a second brand, or another business: we'll build and manage each one with its own domain and its own branding, all from a single portal. Extra sites are quoted as a simple add-on to your project.
how long until my site is live?
Typically days, not months. After our first conversation we build a preview for you to review. Once you approve it, we point your domain and you're live, usually within the same week for standard sites.
how much does it cost?
Every project is a little different, so we quote each one individually based on what you actually need. Tell us about your business, we'll scope it together, and you'll get a clear, fixed quote before any work starts. No surprises.
what happens if I cancel?
You can cancel anytime; there's no long-term contract. We'll work with you on an off-boarding plan, including transferring your domain if you own it.
